Accomodation comprises: 1 x Superking Master bedroom on first floor with large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating, bath, twin sink vanity unit and walk through shower/ wet room area. 2 x Kingsize bedrooms on first floor with access to large luxury bathroom with underfloor heating, a freestanding slipper bath and separate shower. 1 x Double bed on ground floor - with easy access to large downstairs cloak room. 1 x Double Bed in Shepherds Hut - with en-suite bathroom. Stunning Orangery with full size pool table and sofas. Separate Dining room with full length windows overlooking grounds. Separate Lounge with L-shaped sofas, open fire, TV with PS3 and full length bay windows overlooking grounds to rear. 2 x ground floor cloakrooms. Fully equipped Kitchen with integrated Dishwasher, Electric range cooker with double ovens, microwave and fridge freezer. Separate utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Large private grounds extending to nearly 2 acres with terrace and sun loungers, parasols, badminton and BBQ. Delightful woodland walk to bottom meadow. The meadow contains our luxury Shepherds Hut which serves as bedroom 5. Inside is a comfy double bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. Next to the shepherds Hut is a Scandinavian, wood-fired, hot tub and open fire pit. Private driveway area for up to 3 vehicles. Guest access Entire property, grounds, Shepherds Hut and hot tub.
