Double furnished room in small market town

A comfortable private room in my relaxed two-bedroom home, ideal for solo travellers, professionals or contractors. You’ll have your own bedroom with TV, streaming and charging points, plus shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, living areas and garden. I’m a live-in host and shift worker, and you’ll also be sharing the house with my cat, who considers herself the real host! Shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways are all nearby. Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, shared living areas and garden. The house has Wi-Fi and Hive smart heating, with parking available to the front and rear. Guest access You’ll have your own private bedroom with shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, living areas and garden. You’re welcome to cook, use the appliances and washing machine, and make yourself at home. Parking is available at the front and rear. Rear spaces are allocated, so please ask if you’re unsure where to park. During your stay I live at the property and am happy to chat, help with recommendations or give you your own space. I work shifts, so I may sometimes leave early or return home late. If you need anything, just ask or message me through Airbnb. Other things to note I have a cat who lives at the property, so please consider this if you have allergies. No smoking or vaping indoors, although the garden is fine. No parties or events. Please don’t leave a key in the inside of the back door overnight, as this prevents me accessing the house. Check-in is from 12pm and check-out by 10am, although I’m flexible where possible.
