Waterfront Apartment (6 Mayflower - 2 Bed)

This is great for people wanting a nice, place to stay. It's central to most visitor destinations. There're plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. Road and rail links are very good. The rail and bus station are within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The sitting room has french doors that lead onto the balcony which overlooks the West Quay Marina and Naval Museum. The Kitchen is fully fitted and again has great views out over the Marina, bars and restaurants. Guest access You have access to the full apartment. The main reception area (hall way) leads off into the sitting room, 2 bedrooms and the shower room. The kitchen and balcony overlooking the Marina is accessed through the sitting room. The balcony area has a table and chairs so you can sit out on warm evenings. Other things to note Accessing the lift - from the main door walk straight ahead through the door in front of you. We are on the 2nd floor. NB. We cannot guarantee the lift's serviceability. If you can leave the apartment as you received it we will be very grateful. There is a hoover, sweeping brush, dust pan, etc. in the cupboard near the front door. New washing-up sponges can be found next to the sink with the washing-up liquid. Cleaning sprays can be found under the sink. Return all used clean crockery/utensils back to their respective cupboards/drawer. Remove all food stuff from the fridge freezer and/or cupboards. At the end of your stay: The kitchen rubbish bag should be tied off and placed outside in one of the main bins. Place all used bedding and towels in the bathroom. When you leave please lock the front door behind you and place the keys in the lock box next to the front door.
