Access is completely automatic via our smart key boxes. You can also find all the relevant information in the guest book, which you have already received. You will also fill out a form before check-in. In this way, we ensure that we meet our legal obligations. Other things to note Access to the apartment is via the back of the building, accessible via Am Krümmelweg (second house from the left). For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and air humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant air flow. To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, moisture and smoke detection is installed in the apartment. Pets are welcome here! 🐾 For the additional cleaning and maintenance work, we charge a fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the rest of the booking process. For bookings of 9 nights or more, a fee-based mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number increases accordingly. The cleanings are billed via the check-in portal and scheduled in coordination with you.
