The Wakanda Homestay in Soweto

The Wakanda Homestay experience lies in the heart of Soweto. It is raw, yet contemporary with an open plan setting. Located in front of the oldest cemetery in Soweto, the homestay is a tranquil space and home to serenading birds. The Wakanda homestay offers a dining area for 8 guests and flows into the living space that opens up into the yard for that much needed fresh air. In the winter, it becomes a cosy home with a double sided fireplace that's shared between the dining area and lounge. The space The additional bedding space that I am offering are air beds that I place in my living room with sleeping bags when requested, I like to think of my place as a modern day family home for travelers. We also offer a range of adventurous experiences, including Mountain Biking Tours, Outdoor Gym Experiences and Park Runs on Saturdays at no cost. Bicycle MTB rides around Soweto are also available at an additional fee. Shuttle services to get you to any place you fancy are available. Guest access Guests get the pleasure of using my entire house, living area, kitchen and bathroom, if you are driving I also offer safe parking spot in my garage. You are now part of my family, do not be shy of anything. Keys and remote will be supplied for the duration of your stay. During your stay I will be hands on it terms of offering breakfast and dinner if required. Please note that this is an additional fee separate from the platform. Do let me know if you would be needing any of these during your stay. Other things to note We have a transfer, shuttle, transport service. We provide drive tours of Soweto, Greater Johannesburg and anywhere in and outside South Africa. For the adrenaline junkies we have Mountain Biking tours too and Outdoor events on request.
