This villa offers exceptional comfort, with complete kitchen and laundry room equipment, and an elegant decoration with lots of light and space. The park is more than 24 acres wide, with heated pool, tennis, and children’s playground, all shared. 7 bdrms with 1 extra-large double bed or 2 single beds. The space The charming “Petite maison”, (the Little House), 270 m2, is located at the Gates of Provence, in the Drôme Valley, at the “Domaine de Vincenti”, our family property for over 4 centuries. Formerly used as an extension to the main house, the Petite Maison has been completely renovated and offers exceptional comfort, full equipment and elegant and very careful decoration with plenty of space, light and charm. The park covers more than 8 hectares, with tennis, heated swimming pool (from May 1st to September 30th), boules court and children's games, all shared, like in a magnificent and large estate. La Petite Maison, 7 bedrooms, 14 guests, owes its name to the role it used to play on our family estate 2 centuries ago: it housed a few bedrooms to extend the capacity of the main house, an orangery, a chapel and a set of cellars and granaries specially designed to store vegetables and wheat harvest of the domain. We restored it entirely in a beautiful villa in the north of Provence. The ground floor comprises a large 50 m² living/dining room, a kitchen, a grand staircase, a washroom with WC, and a laundry room. The living room is spacious, with 3-meter-high ceilings, two large comfortable sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi internet access, antique furniture, and a fireplace for cozy evenings by the fire. We have installed a complete home cinema system that you can connect to listen to your favorite music or watch your favorite pictures and movies. The dining room table can accommodate 14 people; the dishes of white Limoges’ porcelain and the cutlery are elegant, and you will be charmed by the simplicity, taste and purity of the decoration. Outside, there is a large terrace, open to the park, with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, an outside fire-pit for fire camps under the stars… The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and appliances: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, food processor, raclette machine, toaster, blender... The laundry-room includes a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, and iron and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner... The Petite Maison is also equipped with an excellent gas-powered central heating system: everything has been planned to provide you with a most convenient time in Vincenti. On the first floor, you will find 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with WC, 2 of which are private. We have selected your bedding with great care, to give you maximum comfort. We also prepare your villa according to the specific needs of your family. The 7 bedrooms can be arranged either with a double bed 180x200cm (King size) or two separate beds 90x200. When you arrive at Vincenti, your rooms and your bathrooms will be ready, carefully prepared with quality linen, duvets and towels. If necessary, we add baby beds, highchairs and changing tables: we want to offer the best environment for your little ones. The Petite Maison is non-smoking, and we do not accept animals. Departures: - Regular day: before 10:00 am. - Sundays and public holidays: before 6:00 pm. Guest access Exteriors: We have plenty of space in Vincenti: the 24 acres park, with century-old trees, opens onto a small forest with a little stream. From the property, one can directly walk, bike or jog in the surrounding hills and countryside. The villa has a private terrace with plenty of garden furniture and an outdoor fire pit for pleasant campfires under the stars. A gas barbecue is also available. Naturally, gas and wood are provided free of charge! For children, we have a covered playground with a ping pong table, a sandbox, playhouses and outdoor toys. There are also swings and huge lawns to run and safely play. The tennis court, with its training wall and basketball pole, is available year-round and the large swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. There is also a pétanque ground. The park, the tennis court, the swimming pool, the children's playground... are all shared, like in a splendid and elegant campus. The park is secured to the side of the road and there is plenty of space to park cars. If necessary, we also provide a garage for motorbikes or bicycles together with some tools to maintain them Other things to note - Our prices are all inclusive. - Departures: - Regular day: before 10:00 am. - Sundays and public holidays: before 6:00 pm. When you make your reservation, we will ask you for the details of your party. This will allow us to prepare your "home", specifically for your family and friends. Everything will be ready for you when you arrive, and your beds will be comfortably prepared with fine linen and duvets. All bathrooms have hair-driers. The villa is also equipped with highchairs, baby beds, a baby bathtub and a changing table. Outside, a private terrace, with garden furniture, opens to the domain. We are asking our guests to bring their tennis rackets and their pool towels. Let us know if you have bikes or motorbikes, we will also prepare a location where you can store them.
