Hi, I am renting out a 1 bedroom out of 3 in my house. However all 3 bedrooms can also be rented out together if wanted (please see my other ads). We are located only 6 km from a FIFA stadium. The house is a free-standing house with a secure access from the street. During summer time you can enjoy my greeny garden and an outside covered patio. The space The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk with a chair, bookcase/shelving unit, TV and everything else you need for your comfortable stay such as bed linen, towels and toiletries. The bedroom is located on the first (upper) level (of the 2 storey house) and there are a few steps right outside the house and a full-level staircase leading to your room. You are free to use our kitchen, living room, laundry facilities and enjoy our leafy garden outside. Breakfast is included, but transportation can be arranged at extra fee. Guest access We have a kitchen combined with a living room in open space, 2 bathrooms, laundry and outside covered patio for everyone to use. Other things to note We have a beach on Volga River which is only 20 minutes away on foot. During summer time of June, July and August is can get particularly busy. Shops are located near the bus station which is 10 minutes away.
