Duplex with pool (6m x 3m x 1.6m max depth) and barbecue area Inside, there is a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a bathroom and a sitting area, as well as 2 other bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed) and a bathroom. The residence has an equipped beach a 10-minute walk away, one of the most beautiful beaches in Tunisia. The space The duplex is located in a guarded residence with access restricted to residents only (gate closed and guarded 24/7). Right at the entrance to the residence is a Carrefour Market for shopping, as well as several restaurants. The residence is in a hotel complex. The entrance to the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the duplex: several restaurants of all types of cuisine, a large swimming pool, tennis court... are accessible inside the hotel.
