Being close to both the the village, the sea and splendid nature makes this place very unique. The space Our home at Bjäreterrassen has been carfully designed and is very comfortable. The house has 3 bedrooms, double bathrooms, skylights and fireplace. Limestone in the entrance and bathroom. The rest of the house has white-oiled wide oak parquet floors. The house is furnished with Swedish and Danish design. Very well equipped kitchen. We are looking for the caring company / family of 2 to 6 people who want to enjoy a beautiful and very well equipped home and who take care of the house as if it were your own. There are 2 ladies bicycles in the storage room that are perfect to have. ICA Torekov (grocery store) is 1km away, Torekov's harbor with all restaurants 1.5km away and to the sea it is just under 1km. Within 1 km is also Torekov Golf Club, which was ranked among Sweden's 20 best golf courses in 2018. The location of this link course is Sweden's most beautiful, embedded in nature with outstanding sea views on most holes. Nature reserve, skåneleden, wonderful sea bath from Dagshög via Ydrehall to Hovs Hallar provides great opportunities for rest and recreation. The house is situated on a community plot with a new large heated pool facility and an attached sauna. This is free to use. Like the nice clay tennis court. There is also an orangery that can be booked free of charge, where there is room to sit up to 25 people. Tennis, Sauna and Orangery are booked via an app that all tenants have access to.
