The Casa nel Bosco enjoys a breathtaking view that extends from the Sibillini Mountains, crossing the surrounding hills, to the sea. In fact, with just a 10-minute drive you can reach the nearby Riviera delle Palme, with beautiful seaside resorts, such as San Benedetto del Tronto, Grottammare or the nearest Cupra Marittima. But it's not just the sea! Nearby you can also visit beautiful cities and historic villages. The space A lovely place to relax with all the comforts that the spacious structure offers and enjoy the beautiful surrounding view. Our picene hills, covered in vineyards, olive groves, and cereals, make up a perfect puzzle of colors to frame, sipping a pleasant glass of wine, and listening to the sweet chirping of birds. INTERNAL The property consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace where guests can eat or entertain, a living room with a sofa, a reading corner and a TV corner, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and a laundry room. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom and a double bedroom. If necessary, a double bed and/or 1/2 single beds can be added to another room. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms all with private bathrooms, if necessary you can put an additional double bed in an independent room. One of these double rooms also has a terrace with breathtaking views of the Apennines and the picene hills. From another double bedroom, on the other hand, you can access another terrace overlooking the surrounding forest. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. All fixtures have mosquito nets. If necessary, a double bed can be added to another room. EXTERIOR Available to guests, the property offers a large equipped garden, where you can relax and enjoy the view, with an outdoor pool heated with 6 hydromassage spaces, barbecue, gazebo where you can eat, sun loungers, football table, darts, a solarium with a panoramic terrace, outdoor shower. Guests can also enter the surrounding forest and walk through the trees and vineyards, with a wide view of the calanques.
