The space solid, practical, inexpensive, friendly... suitable for shorter or longer stays, quiet and everything necessary on site or nearby... I do not live in the house myself, but am available at any time for questions. Guest access The house has two additional single rooms on the ground floor, which I also rent. The kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor are shared depending on occupancy. During your stay I am always available for any information you may need. Other things to note All rooms have access to a new, high-quality, fully equipped shared kitchen on the first floor. Sink, dishwasher, stove (ceramic), built-in oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine are available. The new shared bathroom with toilet and shower is also located on the first floor. The house has gas central heating. The rooms are equipped with a bed (1 m x 2 m), wardrobe, desk, seating, satellite TV with DVD player and radio. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For suitcases or larger items, there is a storage room on the upper floor. The house has a covered terrace with seating and a small garden. Car parking spaces are available on the premises.
