Apartment 3: Apartment 3 (Non smoking apartment) is the smallest apartment on the ground floor of the house, size about 25 sqm. The basement apartment has a 14 sqm large living / bedroom with wall unit, two wardrobes, French bed (mattress 140 x 190 cm), TV, computer table and armchair. In the apartment there is a small kitchen (5 sqm), equipped with fridge / freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink, table and 2 chairs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The small bathroom (about 3 square meters) has a shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and washing machine. Hair dryer, shower and towels.   Our 3 apartments, (apartment 1, upstairs, about 65 m²), (apartment 2, on the ground floor, about 40 m²), and (apartment 3, basement apartment in the EC, about 25 m²), are located in a well-kept Multi-family house in a preferred, quiet residential area in the southern city of Kaiserslautern, between the Technical University and Fritz-Walter Stadium and in the immediate vicinity of the forest.
