Villa Belen is 150 sq.m. and can accommodate 8 persons with an amazing pool with sea view. Free Arrival & Departure TRANSFER from AIRPORT on request at least 15 days before arrival date. The space NEW VILLA, LUXURY and MODERN with ALL COMFORTS Consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room featuring a plasma TV and fully equipped kitchen. We offer 50 sq.m. heated and salted swimming pool, children’s swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, outdoor showers and a pool bar with a BBQ. We provide washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, wi-fi internet and a welcome basket. Belen is a 2 floors villa with an amazing external area with sea view swimming-pool, barbecue area, veranda where to eat outside and relaxing area. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed and en-suite private bathroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds that we can put together to be a real double bed. Always on the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with sea view. The gallery first floor offers the third bedroom, with double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as an extra living room with a double sofa bed. Along with its numerous amenities, Villa Belen offers its guests' board games, PlayStation and many more. The villa is perfectly fenced and provide their guests with absolute privacy. Additionally, BBQ/Greek nights and weddings can be arranged. Baby cots can be added to each bedroom, upon request. Guest access The guest can have access to the entire villa and at the reception. Other things to note The villa is suitable for families or groups of friends and has all possible comforts. We provide for free transfer from airport to the villa and back but we need to know 15 days before arrival date to organize It. The pool is heated from 1/4-20/5 and 25/9-31/10.
