The property offers access to range of food takeaways/restaurants good bus/train links to Central London, Heathrow, Stockley park and 10 minutes’ walk to Uxbridge town centre, Hillingdon Hospital, Brunel University and easy access to Pinewood Studios (25 mins by bike) The space The room has a separate entrance and is available with comfy double bed, wardrobe, single sofa, Fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and coffee table with Parking available. The room can be made available to couple with an additional £20 per night charges. Please confirm while making the booking. The room is good for working professionals looking for a short term stay. Range of nice multi cuisine restaurants, takeaways and grocery/off-licence shops just across the road. Lovely parks within few mins walk. Guest access Very quiet residential area with close link to public transport. We offer free parking for our guests - please let us know in advance. We do not allow any visitors at our property and strict no smoking, no party policy we have - its a quiet family home and quiet residential locality so please respect that. Guest will be provided with the lock-key for the room and we lock the main entrance by 11pm - we are working couple so need to work in the morning :) Other things to note We will need to validate guests ID when they check-in, so please make sure you have one with you. Due to COVID we expect our guests to follow social distancing rules and please check your health before entering our house. We expect the guest to maintain the hygiene and respect our privacy. Guests are required to clean the room before they check-out.
