There is no visitor space in the building or extra spaces, but there is free parking on the street in front and next to the building, are very quiet streets. •⁠Building with elevator – 4th floor apartment (Apto 402). We provide full bed and bath linens for 2 people. 📅 Reservations & Extras: • Check-in: from 3pm (or earlier, if there is no departure on the same day). • Check-out: until 11am (or until 2pm if there is no entry on the same day). • Late check-out until 21h is available for an extra fee. 2 night minimum stay. Guest access 📍 Location: The apartment is on Rua das Anchovas, on the corner of Rua dos Badejos, No. 451, south of the beach — a quiet, safe and perfect area to relax. House rules are important and must be followed: •⁠ ⁠Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. •⁠ ⁠Respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. •⁠ ⁠No parties or loud music. •⁠ ⁠Keep the space clean (wash your dishes and remove your trash). •⁠ ⁠Damaged items: glass R$10 mug R$15 cup R$20 pillows R$60. • Electric shower: change the temperature from cold to hot gradually so as not to burn the heating element. If it is burned, you will be charged for repair and labor.
