Numerous shopping facilities (grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, doctors/pharmacies, small shops) are within walking distance. 4.5 km to the beach 20 km to the state capital Kiel Dirt roads in the area invite you to enjoy wonderful cycling tours. 2 rental bikes are included. The space Our renovated apartment (about 35 m²) is located on the ground floor in a quiet residential area in the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg. It consists of a bedroom (inside) with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a bedroom/living room with a comfortable sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), smart TV, closet, a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dining table + chairs and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, incl. hair dryer. The apartment is equipped with interior and exterior blinds. Free WiFi (fiber) If desired, a high chair for children can be booked free of charge (subject to availability, please request in advance). A large communal garden is available for our guests. It is possible to barbecue. A barbecue + garden furniture is available (April-October). The washing machine and a clothes rack are available for free. An electric vehicle charging station is located about 30 meters away. 1 free parking is available right in front of the house Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in the open air area Ashtrays are available. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Arrival possible after 3 pm, departure by 10 am The Baltic Sea resort Schönberg charges a spa tax (mandatory tax) for people from 18 years of age in the amount of €1.50 per person per day (March 15 to April 30), in high season €3.00 per person per day (01. May to September 30).
