Here, you are right in the center of the village: you park the car and do everything on foot. Bakery, small grocery store, restaurants, services… everything is right next door. And what's great is that you enjoy both the charm of a friendly Creuse village and the immediate proximity to the lake and nature. This is exactly the spirit of our Gîte L'UNIK: a comfortable, modern gîte designed to adapt to your stay. 🛏️ Bedrooms The plus is the modularity: 3 bedrooms where you can choose between single beds (90 x 200) or large double beds (180 x 200). Everyone can find their comfort, and the bedding is super cozy to recharge the batteries. 🚿 Bathroom & toilet The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower (convenient and pleasant!). And since the toilets are separate, it's always easier when there are several of you. 🍳 Equipped kitchen If you like to cook, everything is there: induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher... and of course coffee makers, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you need. You can also choose to just sit back and enjoy. 🛋️ Living room This is the room where we meet: bright, friendly, with a living room equipped with a connected TV. Heating in winter, air conditioning in summer… You'll be comfortable all year round. 🌿 Outside A favorite! A terrace with a bioclimatic pergola. You can have lunch, read a book in the garden furniture, or have a barbecue (gas) (in summer). Perfect for enjoying the outdoors without moving. 🚲 Garage & practical amenities A real plus! The garage is closed (ideal for bicycles or fishing equipment) and equipped with a sink, storage, a small fridge and even a washing machine. In short, L'UNIK is the right mix of modern comfort, practicality and simple moments to share. We put down our suitcases... and we enjoy! Guest access 3 minutes from Lake Vassivière It's called "little Canada"... and frankly, it's deserved! Imagine a lake surrounded by forests, in the heart of the Millevaches Regional Natural Park: a real postcard setting. Here, everyone chooses their own pace: swimming on the beaches, trying sailing, paddleboarding, canoeing or renting a boat, taking out the fishing rods or going hiking/mountain biking on super varied circuits directly from the gîte. Whether you prefer to relax in the sun or enjoy the outdoors, you will find your happiness just a stone's throw from the gîte. Other things to note 🛏️ When you arrive No need to take the sheets out of your suitcases: they are provided according to the number of guests expected at the time of booking. The bath mat and tea towels are also waiting for you on site. And of course, the wifi is free! 🧾 What to bring The end of stay cleaning is mandatory (€70 to be paid on site). Toilet linen is not included: you can bring it, or book it as an option (€6/kit/person, on-site payment).
