You can hike from there through the forest to the Moselle. The Eifelsteig is about 3.5 km away. Also ideal for cycling on the Moselle and Kylltal bike paths. The space The apartment is very well insulated and does not require air conditioning even on hot days. Guest access The apartment has its own lockable access.
