A balcony in the Guadalquivir

I renovated this two-story old house and distributed it in two cozy and modern apartments, one on each floor, overlooking the Guadalquivir and overlooking the Sierra de Segura. Each of the apartments has a living room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Ideal for two couples of friends or a family. It can accommodate up to six people, extend with the view, walk or pick up around the stove when it's very cold outside. The space I rebuilt 8 years ago this old house in the center of the village and made two comfortable apartments on the first and second floors, ideal for two couples of friends or a family with children, who want to tour the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, to know the heritage historical richness of villages such as Segura de la Sierra, take boat tours through the waters of the Pantano del Tranco, or tour the oil route... Guest access The house has two apartments connected by an interior staircase for exclusive use, each with a living room with kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic stove, microwave and refrigerator. The one upstairs has a wood-burning stove and a single-sided sofa bed. Each apartment has a bedroom, one with a double bed and a built-in bathroom and another, with two beds, an extra bed and a bathroom with shower. On the building's ground floor, there is a washing machine and clothesline for guests' use.
