Kleinemonde Tranquil 3-Storey Family Beach Getaway

Set in the rural Eastern Cape 11 Seafield Lane is one of the prime locations in the Kleinemonde East village. With a 5-minute walk to the pristine village beach, this is the perfect spot for a family getaway or a time of R&R with friends. The top deck of the house is ideal for sundowners and tanning, while the back and front decks are a beautiful setting for meals and entertaining. While the kitchen is well equipped, the outside braai (barbeque) gets lots of use! The space The house is decorated in a comfortable beach cottage style and has plenty of space for socialising. The main lounge is on the mid-level of the three-level house, while the TV lounge is on the top level with a second TV downstairs if the kids are watching a lot and you want to reduce noise. The entertainment areas are all open plan, creating a lovely flow to the space. The ground floor has one bedroom and a large kids' entertainment area, as well as the laundry zone. Guests are welcome to make use of the sports and beach equipment. There are two tennis courts in the village - you may book the court at the village tennis club ahead of your game. All sports and beach equipment is used at your own risk. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire house. Other things to note If you'd like a more relaxing stay, we recommend hiring our cleaning manager, Noluthando, who will take care of laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and making up the beds (depending on her availability). Please contact us for her daily rates. She usually works from around 8am until 3pm and should be paid in cash at the end of every day's work. It is customary for guests to provide her with lunch. Tips from guests at the end of your stay are customary and at your discretion.
