Great base for a Yorkshire adventure

Located in Malton, North Yorkshire. The house is an ideal base to explore the local sites and attractions of Ryedale and North Yorkshire. Within 35 mins of York, the coast & the Yorkshire Moors there's plenty to see and do. For the more adventurous, there's Flamingo Land Theme park and Zoo within 20 mins. Malton itself is Yorkshire's food capital with excellent farmer's food markets & well attended festivals. Special features of the house include a large conservatory & Movie/Games Room. The space Renovated in July 2020, there's a mixture of old and new. Seating for 8 is available around a large solid wood table in the conservatory. The bathroom has 2 showers. Kitchen has Clothes & dish washers, microwave, toaster, kettle & egg cooker, seating for 4 at the breakfast table. Beds:- one king size in the back bedroom & an option of 2 singles or a single large king size in the front bedroom, the default option is 2 x singles, please ensure you mention if you want the king size at the time of booking. There is an optional folding single bed to accommodate 3 people in the front bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. Xbox with a selection of games & Blue-ray player with a selection of movies in the black room where you can let the kids play or watch a movie on the glow chairs (button underneath to activate the lights). Or bring your own console & plug it in to the large TV. There is a large mature enclosed garden to enjoy too. Off road gated parking for one vehicle is available at the rear (please note there is a height restriction of about 6ft) Guest access The whole property except the garage. If you want to store bikes in there, a key is available on request.
