The space Mint Cottage is a single-storey 3-bedroom terrace unit thoughtfully designed with the comfort and practicality of our guests in mind. The home is fully furnished and beautifully styled with a mint-coloured theme that creates a harmonious and inviting ambiance. Accommodation Details: Mint Cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests.Each bedroom is uniquely designed to ensure a relaxing atmosphere. Room 1 includes an attached bathroom, while the second bathroom is shared among other rooms. Living Room: Furnished with luxurious seating and equipped with a 55-inch wall-mounted TV (Netflix ready) for your entertainment needs. Dining Area: This section is artfully designed with a balance of ambience and practicality. Guests are treated to a view of uniquely curated traditional lantern decor that serves as eye candy while providing ambient lighting and echo absorption features. It features a custom-made solid hardwood dining table with upholstered seating, thoughtfully crafted for your comfort. Kitchen and Laundry: Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and an upmarket water purifier providing hot and cold water. Laundry facilities include a washer unit for your convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including the outdoor porch and parking area. All amenities within the house are available for guest use. Parking Information: 1. Within the house compound: 1-2 available parking spaces. 2. Directly outside the main auto gate: 1 available parking space (Note: Parking here may block vehicles in Location 1). 3. Back door (Public area): Subject to availability. Please note that only the house compound parking is private property. Other parking spots are public areas and should be used considerately.
