Discover our gîte, L'Escapade, for 8 to 10 people, located in the countryside of Challans in Vendée. Furnished rental house for your weekends or vacations, with friends or family, featuring a heated, private indoor pool. The space Composed on the ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 160-cm bed) (2 90-cm beds), shower room, toilet, laundry room, ​ Pool area with direct access from the house: 4 m x 7 m swimming pool (depth 1.45 m with entry steps) with bathroom area (shower/toilet). ​ Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 140-cm bed) with shower room/toilet, attic mezzanine (maximum height 1.25 m) with 1 140-cm bed and 1 double sofa bed. TV in each bedroom. ​ Fenced, landscaped property of 150 m² (1,615 sq. ft.) with covered terrace (garden furniture, electric griddle, 2 deckchairs). Pond 80 m away (fenced and not accessible) with chickens, ducks, a goat, and a sheep. ​​ ​ Pets: not allowed ​ INCLUDED: Linens provided (beds not made) Heating Housekeeping Package ​ OPTION: Bathroom linen €8/person (including 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 washcloth + 1 guest towel + 1 microfiber pool towel) ​ Security deposit requested: €500 Other things to note The guest must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. The customer will himself control the consequences arising from the event or its rental around the cottage. We thank you for limiting noise at night (between 10pm and 8am) so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Fireworks, other pyrotechnics, and firecrackers, as well as barbecues, are not allowed. Pets: NOT ALLOWED A private swimming pool at L'Escapade is available for your use. It is heated year-round to between 27 and 29 degrees. Pool dimensions: length 7 m x width 4 m x depth approximately 1.42 m – with steps and handrails. The swimming pool can accommodate a maximum of 8–10 people at any one time.
