The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. There is also a Co-op store in the village. Fully refundable booking settings up to 5 days before stay The space We have stayed in many places and tried to take the good parts from each to make The Acorn comfortable and relaxing for you. There is a stereo and an ekornes stressless relaxing leather chair in the main bedroom. Downstairs is a leather sofa and an extendable dining table to seat 4 and an electric shower in the bathroom. In the fridge will be milk and local free range eggs, there are cereals and various teas and a new frying pan! We have 2 travel cots and a high chair should you need them. We can put another mattress upstairs to accommodate the 5th guest. It is also possible to set up an extra mattress for any guest should you require with extra cost. There is a lady in the village who can make chocolate brownies or Victoria sponge cake at 3 days notice. £15 each so let us know if you might like to try one. We would rather you did not charge cars here as it’s hard to monitor and due to high electricity charges now we will need to charge for it. Slow charging can be done in an emergency and it costs £2 per hour. Guest access You will have the whole house along with an outside sitting area and space to park 2 cars. We also have a large children’s trampoline in our garden which any children can use at their own risk, please just walk round any time. The post code is MK45 4BG. Other things to note The house is up a short but a little steep drive which some people may find difficult to walk up/down. However there is parking available at both the top and bottom so no need to walk it.
