Luxury 3 Bedroom, Scandinavian Lodge with HOT TUB

Located in the centre of a 18 hole Championship Golf Course just 3 miles from the historic city centre of Winchester. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wood provides a tranquil setting. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan living-dinning area with cosy fire, smart TV with streaming services. Living room opens onto a private deck with HOT TUB and views over the guest putting green, ancient woodland and nature trails. The space The Lodge in detail: Living area- The vaulted ceiling and exposed log walls of the open plan living dining area provide a relaxing and stylish room for relaxing and entertaining. An electric log burner effect stove provides a cozy and warm environment to kick back and unwind. The lodges are heated throughout and are lovely and warm even when its chilly outside. The living area leads out onto a large private decked balcony with luxurious HOT TUB overlooking the ancient woodland, nature trails and guest putting green. Multi media- Large smart TV with streaming services and bluetooth speaker in the Lounge area and another located in the master bedroom. Free WiFi access is available in every lodge. Free WiFi access is available in every lodge. Kitchen- Kitchen- The lodge offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and washing machine. A complimentary welcome tray is provided with locally sourced produce, ground coffee, a selection of teas and other yummy goodies to ensure the perfect start to your stay with us. Bedrooms- The three bedrooms are light and airy and with beautiful soft furnishings and luxury bed linen and towels. The EnSite master bedroom is presented as a kingsize bed but can also be arranged as two singles beds on request, the second and third bedroom are arranged as twin rooms. The master bedroom has the added benefit of a flat screen TV. Hairdryers are also provided in each bedroom. Bathrooms- All our lodges offer two bathrooms, a family bathroom with bath and over head shower as well as an ensuite shower room. Soft fluffy towels are provided as well as luxury, locally produced toiletries from Lavender Log Barn. Outside and access All our lodges have a private decked balcony opening out from the living area with views of the ancient woodland or guest putting green. The luxurious HOT TUB is fully serviced during your stay an ready for you to jump in and enjoy! Outdoor furniture, putters and golf balls are provided for guests to enjoy our putting green during their stay. Each lodge has its own BBQ stand suitable for use with a disposable BBQ pack. BBQ utensils and lighters are provided. All our lodges are accessed via a ramp from the private parking area. Once inside the accommodation is arranged over one level. Parking Private parking for two cars is by the front door of each lodge. Some overflow parking is also available on site on request. Self Catering To make your arrival as easy as possible all major supermarkets deliver to our lodges. We are also just 2 miles from a Sainsbury's supermarket and local butcher and bakery (Oliver's Battery). If you would rather take a break from cooking why not book a 'dinners to your door' or a beautiful English afternoon tea on arrival, served on bone china and three tiered cake stand. Winchester offers a fantastic range of restaurants to suit all tastes, budgets and occasions Families Children are very welcome to stay and our lodges are the perfect safe environment for children and parents to enjoy a stay with us. For our little guests, travel cots, bed guards and highchairs can be provided free of charge on request. The open area around lodges and our putting green as well as the beautiful ancient woodland provide a fantastic location for kids to play and explore in the safety of our family friendly site. Our nature trail offers a great opportunity for Wigwam building and woodland exploring.Should you book one of our Plus lodges with hot tubs, a cover is fitted to the tub for when it's not being used so your little ones will be safe. Should you want to get out and explore the Winchester and surrounding areas there are a wealth of attractions on our door step. From Pepper Pig World (15 mins), Marwell Zoo, activity centre and play barn(15 mins), Winchester Intec Science Centre (10 mins), Beaulieu Motor Museum (25 mins) and much much more! Golf Set in the middle of South Winchester Golf Club we have the privilege to be able to offer guests access to the Championship Golf Course and fantastic bar and restaurant facilities within just a short stroll down the 18th fairway from your front door. Guest green fees can be booked directly with South Winchester Golf Club and all guests have access to the lovely lake side restaurant and family friendly bar area and sun terrace. The club also offers a short game practice area and driving range for the keen golfer. Don't forget if you just fancy trying your hand at a bit of golf our guest putting green located at the heart of our site is for all to enjoy old and young, golfer or novice! Dogs We have a number of dog friendly lodges so you are welcome to bring your furry friends along for a holiday too. Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park and set in woodland there are some fantastic walks on the doorstep of your lodge. Please note maximum of 2 dogs per property, supplement applies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any other pets. Groups and Celebrations If you are planning a group break our lodges offer flexible and affordable accommodation and the Golf Club House (just a 5 minute walk away) offers a great venue for a drinks reception, a group meal or function. We are also just 3 miles from the city center of Winchester with all its restaurants and bars, if you would like more information regarding a suitable venue for your group please contact a member of our staff for recommendations and further information. Our lodges are suitable for a maximum of four or six people, for insurance reasons our lodges are not suitable to host a larger group meal or get-together under one roof. Please note that we charge a fully refundable damage deposit of £250 on bookings of 2 lodges or more, providing there is no damage to the lodge on check out. With regret we are unable to accommodate Hen and Stag parties or larger single sex groups of 6 or more people. Guest access Our luxury Self-contained lodges offer the perfect location to relax and unwind. Each lodge provides independent accommodation, maintained to the highest hygiene standards and offers a beautiful tranquil setting to get away from it all! Other things to note We have a contactless self-check- in procedure and all hot tubs are fully operational and maintained to strict water hygiene standards set out by The British and Irish Spa Hot Tub Association (BISHTA).
