Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). A fresh Attefall house (25sqm) equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toilet, shower and washing machine. As you can see in the title, it's a Tiny House. That is, a small house. Feel free to take a look at the drawings that are among the pictures, and you will see the dimensions of the house. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer and washing machine. There is an open room with a kitchen area. A full-size stove and oven. Dishwasher and a fridge and a freezer. There is also a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There is a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed. In the cottage, there is also a sleeping loft. There is a regular, but small staircase up to the loft. In the loft, there is a double bed. However, it is low in the ceiling (about 1 meter, exact dimensions you can see on the drawing among the pictures) but works great for sleeping. Our Tiny House is located on a cul-de-sac in a residential area on the outskirts of Bua. There is a private parking space for the cottage and there is a patio with wooden decking outside the front door. It is located right next to the road. But there are only 10 houses on our street, so it's a very quiet area. If you stay with us, bed linens and towels are included. There's also coffee and tea so you can manage for 2-3 days. Dishwashing liquid, soap, dishcloth, bed linens and kitchen towel are provided. You can book cleaning for SEK 500 (book at least 24 hours in advance). Otherwise, you are expected to clean the cabin and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Vacuum, mop floors, wipe down and clean bathrooms (We wash the bed linens and towels, so you don't have to worry about that.) It is about 700 meters to the sea and the nearest swimming area. To Bua harbor, it is about 1.5 km walking distance. In summer, there is a small outdoor dining area and also a fish shop. Bua Center is 1.5 km away, where there is a grocery store (open 8-21), pharmacy (open Mon-Fri) and a pizzeria. There are many nice walking paths in the nearby area. There is an open space with a kitchen area, including a full-size stove and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer. You'll also find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The living area features a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The house also has a sleeping loft, accessible via a standard but small staircase. On the loft, there is a double bed. However, the ceiling is low (approx. 1 meter) but it works perfectly for sleeping. Our Tiny House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area on the outskirts of Bua. Guest access Our Tiny House is a stand-alone house on one corner of our property. It's facing the street, so it feels like its own part on the plot. As a guest, you have access to the entire attefall house, parking just outside, and a small patio just outside the front door with chairs, tables, and barbecue. ***************************************************** Our Tiny House is a detached home located in one corner of our property. As a guest, you'll have access to the entire tiny house, parking right outside, and a small patio just outside the front door with chairs, a table, and a grill. The patio faces the street, which is a quiet cul-de-sac with only 10 houses. Other things to note There are two bikes that you can borrow for free when you rent the tiny house. You will have to clean the house when leaving or book cleaning for an extra 500SEK. Just send us a message latest at the day before leaving to book your cleaning.
