Bright apartment in the center of the city

The newly renovated (May 2026) apartment in an old building in the heart of Graz offers three bedrooms and a balcony in a spacious area. In just a few (walking) minutes you can reach Jakominiplatz, the central transport hub of the city, from which all the sights are easily accessible. The apartment combines the charm of an old building with modern comfort – ideal for families, groups of friends or business travelers who want to stay close to the center yet cozy. The space The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a study with a desk and also with a sofa bed. There is also a balcony in the quiet courtyard. A total of 6 people can be accommodated. The floor is made of parquet. A fully equipped kitchen completes the perfect living experience. In the bathroom with shower, a washing machine is available to my guests, as well as an iron and board. Of course, the property has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note The city of Graz charges €2.50 per person per night, which must be paid in cash at checkout. If you need a parking space, it is possible to park the car in a parking garage nearby (5 min walk).
