Description
Situated at the end of a quiet residential no through road next to our house. Comfortable and cosy studio style accommodation, overlooking the Reed beds of the river Waveney and beyond. Norfolk has huge clear skies, see the stunning sunsets and count the stars Personally furnished with attention to detail and comfort. Two sofas, 1 is a sofa bed so 2 friends could stay. Whether you're a birdwatcher, fisherman or rambler there is plenty for you to see and do The coast is a short drive away The space I just love this space and so was designed with comfort in mind. There is a private parking area at the side for your vehicle. SEE NOTES. Not suitable for children A small outside space with table and chairs, for those long summer evenings. A key safe is attached to the wall and the code sent to you before arrival. French doors lead into the open plan studio. There are numerous take away options and a Pub and Restaurant both within a short walk. The bathroom is separate and has a shower, toilet and sink. The toilet is a macerator, similar as on a boat so only toilet paper to be flushed, a bin & bags are provided for anything else. Two comfy sofas are in the living area, one is a sofa bed (separate bedding will be provided when asked). A TV and WiFi are also provided for your use. The bedroom area has a double bed with king-size quilt, bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe with mirror. All the windows have blinds including the French doors. All bedding, towels and numerous bathroom items are included. Please be aware that I advertise Reedside elsewhere and have dog training clients stay for bespoke training breaks Guest access There is a small patio style area attached to Reedside with outside table and chairs. We have just had built a balcony at the side of the studio. Other things to note PARKING This can be awkward as you have to come down and round a slope. I advise driving just past Reedside onto the mown area of grass leading to the track. then reverse down and round into the space Use the outside lights for aid in navigating it. You could park in the little lay-by by the boat under blue cover and then walk down There are 4 windows in the main area, only 2 open, these are the ones with the pretty window film on. Reedside is in 3 phases and phase 2 will be to replace all the windows to match the French doors. Heating is via 2 electric radiators fixed on the walls. You adjust the temp by using the plus and minus buttons. There is a portable fan in the wardrobe if you need it The track that leads away from Reedside is privately owned, but you do have permission to walk down there. it is only approx 80m or so long. My husband and I live in the main house next door and are usually contactable quickly. You can catch the train to Norwich for the day. Haddiscoe Station is just across the river and sometimes you can see and hear the train. Reedside is also utilised for bespoke dog training holidays.
