Charming cottage Tonka**** near Trakoscan castle

Lovely, charming wooden cottage Tonka's house is near the famous castle and lake Trakoscan . The house is placed in quiet area, surrounded by the forests, near the main highway on the border between Croatia and Slovenia (highway Maribor-Zagreb). The space Tonka's house has a four stars and is located near the Trakoscan castle, near the border crossing Macelj between Croatia and Slovenia. The house is perfect for all purpose: holidays, family or friendly socializing, relaxing, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, team building or even small weddings. There are various activities in the surroundings: fishing, hiking, hunting, paragliding, cycling, walking around the lake, visiting the castle ... It is possible to organize any type of party/event. On the first floor there are five bedrooms; one double, one triple, two rooms for four people, and one so called "hidden room" with five single beds, placed at the attic, connected to the one of the rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, except the hidden room. This room shares the bathroom with connected room. At the rooms prevail natural colors and materials and pleasant lighting that makes this house more than an ideal place for a holiday. The center of the ground floor is dominated by an open fireplace. Around the fireplace is a dining room and a living room with some comfortable furniture and TV. Hunting room on the ground floor is the perfect place for celebrations and socializing of up to thirty people with big barbeque. Guests can use sauna free of charge. Outside of Tonka's house guests can comfortably seat, enjoy the silence and the view. Tonka's House in Trakoscan is the perfect destination if you want to spend your vacation away from the everyday's stresses and difficulties. Guest access Guests have acces to the dinning and living room, to the room for entertainment (celebration) at the house and to the yard. Near the house is the lake Trakoscan where they can walk around or walk to the castle Trakošćan. Trakošćan is one of the most beautiful and popular destinations of continental tourism in Croatia because of its attractiveness. Region of Varazdin county is surrounded with mountains Ivancica, Maceljska and Ravna gora and is an ideal place for hiking. In the city of Ivanec (12 km) was formed parachute flying or flying in two. The city of Krapina is 15 km away from Tonka's house and is famous because of The Krapina Neanderthal Museum that covers a surface area of around 1,200 m² and is one of the most modern museums in Croatia and central Europe. Within the relatively small area of the Old Town are preserved palaces, important public buildings, Baroque, Rococo, Classicist and Secessionist houses and villas and one of the oldest City Halls in Europe. The capitol city of Zagreb is only 80 km away or 40 min by car. Other things to note It is possible to sleep ap to 20 people in the house. Guests should bring their own food and drink.
