Eisa Yurt, Hinoki Retreat, Newburgh Priory Estate

Inspired by the peaceful Japanese gardens at Newburgh Priory, The Hinoki Retreat, which is set within the grounds of the Estate aims to create a truly relaxing experience that will allow you to soak away the pressures of modern day life. Your own private luxury Japanese Ofuro wood fired hot tub (2 man capacity) will be heated ready for when you arrive as a complimentary part of your stay! Eisa is a bespoke hand built luxury Yurt on a raised platform with views down to the estate grounds. The space Spacious and bright yurt with a Kingsize bed on private wooden decking with views across the Newburgh Priory Estate grounds. Your own private two man wood fired hot tub. Toilet and shower facilities are shared with one other unit and are a short distance away from the yurt. Outdoor seating. Bbq facilities. Cooking equipment such as a kettle, mugs, cups, (plastic) wine glasses, bbq tongs, cutlery, plates, tea, coffee and sugar are all provided for your stay. On-site parking is also provided. Guest access On-site parking is provided for all guests. Other things to note From August 4th 2026 onwards, Eisa Yurt will have a shared toilet and shower facilities with one other unit. Please note we are an electricity free site. We can provide guests with a mobile phone charging bank to charge mobile phones. Also a cool box for food storage (we kindly ask that guests bring their own bag of ice for the cool box). Just let us know prior to your arrival if you would like to use either of these items for your stay. Newburgh Priory host weddings on a Saturday night during the months of April -October. They have a music license until 12 midnight, noise level varies depending on where in the grounds the wedding is being held. It changes from weekend to weekend. For those of you coming with dogs. The weddings occasionally have fireworks, we understand this can be frightening for dogs so please keep this in mind.
