Once abandoned and inhabited by owls and crows, this ancient house was lovingly resurrected after the grape harvest of September 2014. The rooms of The Priest's House open onto a central terrace, crafted from reclaimed stones and designed to reflect the original footprint of the dwelling. Sustainability is at the forefront of our furnishings, blending contemporary pieces with treasured heirlooms. The property comfortably accommodates 4 guests in two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and pedestal fans. The salon area has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a fireplace and an open plan kitchen. There’s a double sofa bed and a mezzanine level bedroom area suitable for children. Welcome to our vineyard home! Please note that there is a central internet Türk Telekom modem that serves both of our houses in the vineyard. On Bozcaada the internet infrastructure is limited and can not be compared to Turkish mainland urban areas. Guest access Whole house, terrace and vineyard Other things to note 1.We are registered with the Ministry of Tourism in Turkiye. All guests are required to be registered with the local police with ID or passport details . 2.🚭 Non-smoking property: This is a strictly non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or near open windows and doors. Please smoke only outdoors and always dispose of cigarette butts safely in the metal bin provided. 3.🔥 Fire safety: Please note that the lighting of open fires is strictly prohibited by law during the summer months due to the high risk of wildfires. Thank you for helping us keep the property and surrounding environment safe. 4.There are VERY strict laws regarding loud music enforced on Bozcaada. Please keep all noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. 5.The house is set within our family working vineyard. There are tools and farm gadgets on site which make it unsuitable for unsupervised young children. 6.All windows and doors are screened with mosquito nets. 5. If you require extra cleaning during your stay we can arrange it for you. Payment is made directly to the cleaning lady. 6. The house will be ready from 3.00pm on the day of arrival.
