Located amidst the scenic landscapes of Igatpuri, this spacious 5BHK villa is ideal for families, friends, and corporate groups looking to unwind in a peaceful setting. Whether you're planning a weekend escape from Mumbai, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a relaxing holiday, this villa provides everything you need for a memorable stay. The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - There are 4 Bedrooms in the Villa. - There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. - Extra bedding available on request. - All Bedrooms have attached washrooms. Living Room: - The living room features a comfortable 7-seater sofa. - We provide a television for your entertainment. - It is also equipped with a 6 seater dining table. Bathrooms: - The property boasts 3 bathrooms in total, 2 attached to 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - Our villa features an outdoor lawn area with seating and a private swimming pool. - Additionally, there is a Gazebo area near the pool that can accommodate 10 people. Other things to note Power Backup & Connectivity * Due to the villa’s natural location, occasional electricity fluctuations or temporary WiFi interruptions may occur during extreme weather conditions. * All villas are equipped with inverter backup for essential power support (lights & fans) for up to 3 hours under normal usage. * Air conditioners and high-power appliances may not function during backup operation. * Generator backup can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. * Please note: generators may require short cooling intervals during extended usage to ensure safe and efficient operation. Pool & Outdoor Guidelines Private Pool Timings 🕑 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Proper swimwear is mandatory while using the pool. * Eating, drinking, or glassware inside/around the pool area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. * Outdoor music is permitted only at low volume until 9:30 PM in compliance with local community regulations. * After 9:30 PM, guests may continue music indoors at respectful volume levels. * DJs, large speakers, and heavy sound systems are not permitted. * We kindly request guests to maintain respectful behavior throughout the stay. Management reserves the right to deny admission in case of inappropriate or disruptive conduct. Security Deposit & Check-In Requirements * A refundable security deposit of Rs.10000/- is collected during check-in and returned after checkout inspection, provided: no damages occur, house rules are followed, and checkout timings are respected. Security Deposit Structure * Any pending balance amount must be cleared during check-in. * Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at arrival (PAN Card not accepted). Kitchen & Chef Services * The kitchen may be used for light cooking (Tea,Coffee,Maggi) and reheating purposes for in-house meals. * Preparation of elaborate multi-course meals by guests may be restricted to maintain kitchen hygiene and equipment safety. * Chef and meal services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
