Welcome to HAUS IM SCHILF 1 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 2 there is "sunshine" on the south and lake side and a fantastic view over the lake. The covered garden terrace on the north side offers shade and retreats. The space New and modernly furnished 33 sqm ground floor apartment for private use for up to 2 adults (at least 16 years old). 8 sqm terrace with lake view, incl. single beach chair, 6 sqm terrace to the rear garden. Price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning. Kitchen with cooking and cooling facilities, coffee machines, kettle, microwave/small oven, TV. Modern bathroom with large shower. Small couch (seat 150 cm wide) that can be folded down to a lounger (200 cm length). Bedroom with bed (200 x 160 cm) and wardrobe. A living room with TV. Wifi with DSL bandwidth (100 down, 50 up). Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Minimum age of the second person traveling: 16 years (child-free adult accommodation). Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible. We would like to point out that there may be construction noise in the wider area due to the construction of additional vacation homes. If this affects your vacation, we will find a solution.
