My charming, cosy, Victorian B&B home is on a quiet lane in central affluent, desirable Cobham, everything is "on your doorstep". Your pretty double bedroom has a high spec ensuite shower room, breakfast room with mahogany table, cottage garden and free parking. Only a 3 minute walk to the high street, designer boutiques, Waitrose, restaurants including The Ivy, River Mole and beautiful Painshill Park. Heathrow and Gatwick airports 30 minutes, trains to London 35 minutes and run half hourly. The space Please bear in mind the rooms are typical of a snug Victorian cottage and are cosy but not spacious. (This is a private room in a house and I ask my guests to be mindful that it is my home where they are staying). I serve breakfast and is included in your stay, any breakfast dietary requirements are welcome in advance. A few minutes walk to the high street and restaurants/cafes, no worries about eating out then having to drive home! In the quiet (freshly painted Farrow & Ball) guest bedroom where you will stay with new very high spec full ensuite shower room, lavatory and basin with all chrome fittings , I provide a very comfortable pocket sprung double bed with pure cotton sheets and feather duvet and pillows/silk cushions. The bath and hand towels are Egyptian cotton as is the bathrobe, the toiletries are good quality and there is a wool carpet and Persian rug. TV with Amazon (Alexa) fire stick. I have separate storage where you can place your suitcase if you like. The sash window overlooks my pretty rear cottage garden surrounded by trees and shrubs. The dining table is pure mahogany and beautiful furniture and fittings are around the house. Guest access One cosy double bedroom with private full ensuite shower room, breakfast room, south/west facing garden with table and chairs in season. The sitting room and kitchen is my private space but feel free to use the fridge for drinks or let me know what you need. You have own TV in your room. The side gate to the garden allows bicycles etc. to be stored and free street/off street car parking is guaranteed. *Seasonal Amenities Notice: To ensure a sustainable and high-quality experience, please note that certain amenities are provided on a seasonal basis: Heating: Available from October to April Please confirm these dates meet your needs before booking, as these services are not operational outside of these windows. During your stay I live at the house so can be on hand on occasions. I can also drop you off (no pickups) to the airports for a taxi fee if you wish and if I am available, Heathrow takes about 25/30 mins drive, Gatwick is the same. Other things to note Please note your room and private bathroom is deep cleaned and fully sanitised. Please also note heating is provided only in season Oct-April as is the garden furniture.
