This makes it absolutely perfect for two couples traveling together, or families who want to share a holiday while keeping their own private spaces. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The upper level apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. The lower level apartment has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Both apartments are fully furnished and well-equipped with amenities such as bed linen, towels, cutlery and all the necessary electrical appliances. Guest access Villa Gaia is conveniently located less than 100 meters away from a magnificent sandy beach, where you can enjoy the serenity of this exclusive place, just a few steps from your door. The beach is accessible from the house by stone stairs through a thyme-scented hill (roughly 190 steps). Sikamia and Kalydonichi beach are close to Villa Gaia which are approachable by car (~5 min away). The property is 17 km away from the Port of Korissia. The capital city of Kea, named Ioulida, is 10 km away, approximately 20 min by car. At Korissia and Ioulida one can find super markets, shops, cafes, restaurants, taverns. From Villa Gaia 21 km away is Vourkari which offers you a variety of options for a night out (cafes, bars, restaurants, shops).
