Charming house centrally located in Grimstad

My house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the city center with shopping center and pedestrian street with shops and cafes/restaurants. It is only a 10-minute walk to the bus to Oslo/Stavanger, and also to the University of Agder. The nearest grocery store (Kiwi) is only 150 meters from the house. The place is perfect for both families with small children, couples, or those traveling alone. The space My house stands out because I am very interested in interiors from the 50s-70s. This makes it unique and exciting! Guest access As a guest, you will have your own private bedroom, and access to shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, basement and garden/outdoor area. During your stay I speak both Norwegian and English and will be available to answer any questions you might have. Other things to note 2 guests will get a double room, but can get a single room upon availability
