Vacation home at Lake Arend - House Elke 2

Haus Elke 2 is a small, only-roof house that can accommodate a small family or couples. It is located on Lake Arendsee in Schramper Eck, directly on the "Grünes Band Deutschland" bike path and on the "Altmarkrundkurs". You can spend relaxing vacation days here. There is a possibility to rent the slightly larger house Elke 1, so that 2 families can vacation at the same time. NO PARTIES The space On the ground floor is the combined living-sleeping-kitchen area. A wooden staircase leads to the attic. There are 4 mattresses on which you can sleep comfortably. Downstairs, the sofa bed can be pulled out. There are NO bedrooms in the true sense, but rather sleeping accommodations without privacy. The kitchenette has a fridge, two-plate stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle and a dishwasher. There is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is heatable. A high chair and baby travel cot can be provided if needed. Please bring your own bed linen and towels, including dish towels. For a fee of €15 p. person, these can be rented. Please let us know in good time if necessary. Payment is made in cash upon arrival. Our vacation home is nuclear-free. We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi access. Guest access When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun terrace in front of the house. Garden table and chairs and a parasol are available. You can also have a barbecue here. Since there is another vacation home on the premises, the use of the bikes and sun loungers may have to be discussed with the other guests. Other things to note There are 4 bicycles (2x women's, 1x men's, 1x boys' 24-inch) at your disposal. Please arrange the use with the tenants of Haus Elke 1. (voluntary service of the landlord, no claim of the tenant, use at your own risk) Bed linens and towels, including dish towels, must be brought. They can be rented with timely advance notice for a fee of €20 per person. We want all guests to feel comfortable with us. That is why we value respect, openness and friendly cooperation.
