This apartment has a large kitchen-living room and one bedroom with double bed and single bed. Extra bed in the kitchen-living room possible. Bathtub/toilet with washing machine and clothes dryer. The additional rent for a child under 6 years is 0 euros. For children over 6 and under 12 years 15 euros and for people over 12 years 30 euros. Group and season discounts are always freely negotiable. Free use of garden, Canadian and sauna in the water house (agreement with other tenants) The space The two-room apartment for the holiday couple with upscale space requirements. Bedroom (to the garden) and living room (extra bed possible) as well as bath/toilet and small kitchen. All shopping facilities, four natural parks outside the door, running training routes and bike paths. Canoes on site are freely available, motor boats can be rented additionally. Guest access You can use the garden in the back, the water house and the jetty. The terraces around the restaurant on the Havel can be used as a guest of the restaurant, i.e. a la carte. Outside of the restaurant's opening hours, these areas are blocked for the tenants. Other things to note There are some events of the restaurant and cultural program of the old shipping company, which refer to the water house, the cinema and the garden. These can be exclusive, but are usually public and our tenants are welcome.
