Holiday home is located in the Soča valley and has a great view onto the surrounding mountains and valley with Soča river mere 350 meters away. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests and has a bedroom, living room, private bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Outside guests have a concrete and wooden terrace with BBQ and outdoor furniture to take in the view and nature's beauty. The space Upon entering, guests find a well-lit open space with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a vitro ceramic stove, fridge, and cooking essentials. The living room sofa transforms into a double bed, overlooking a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, a private bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet with provided necessities. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and a utility space includes a closet and iron. Property-wide WiFi and free private parking are available, with bike storage on the ground floor. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the property and it's amenities. There is storage for bikes in the ground floor in the back of the building. Behave responsibly and with care. Close the windows when you are going out of the room. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...). Produce no noise after 10 PM. Take care and keep inventory of the room, especially floor and furniture - as you would in your house. Respect the neighbours. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated. Please note, that payment of tourist tax is mandatory in Slovenia! According to the law, each adult guest must pay 2.00€ per night, children 7-18 1.00€ per night. We will collect tourist tax upon arrival and it is not part of confirmed price.
