Luxurious living only 20 minutes from Central!

Its a 4 bedroom town house in Watford (WD17). Our house is a 10 minute walk to Watford Junction station which connects you to London Euston in 18 minutes and other central locations within 45 minutes. There is onsite parking as well if you are driving. Its a quite neighbourhood - walking distance to the grocery store and high street with lots of restaurants/bars etc. We are a family of 4 (My wife, me and 2 kids) who also recently moved to the UK from Dubai where I have hosted airbnb for years! The space You will get the master bedroom of the house with attached bathroom. The house is divided on 3 floors. The ground floor is the entrance and kitchen where you can use the free nespresso machine of make coffee the traditional way, warm your food or use the fridge if required. Cooking isn't allowed. The 1st floor has a tv room and the master bedroom. We have 2 kids who sleep between 8 and 9 so the house is pretty quite after 9 pm. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, strong wifi connection and you can come and go as you please. Our rooms are on the 3rd floor. We just moved from Dubai too and always enjoy good company. If you are social and friendly, feel free to have a drink with me. If you like to be private, no one will disturb you :) During your stay My wife and kids are home during the day and I am back in the evening. I am always available on email, phone or if I am around I am always happy to help. Other things to note My son is 6 and daughter is 2. Son goes to school so we are up at 7 am on week days but we are on the 3rd floor and then on the first floor to in the kitchen area. We will try our best you are not disturbed if you sleep till late. In the evening, they sleep between 8 and 9 pm and I am either in the study or living room so the house is semi quite. Walls here are of chipboard so there may be a noise or two but we can respect your timings if told us earlier. P.S) Its a no smoking house
