Cozy two-room apartment, located on the ground floor, furnished in mountain style, with garden and garage. It is located in a quiet and private area, in the center of Campodolcino in the sought-after Corti area, close to shops, groceries, bars, restaurants and just 5 minutes on foot, you reach the Sky Express, to get to Motta, so as to take advantage of over 60 km of ski slopes in the Valchiavenna Skiarea. You will be able to fully enjoy your holiday, without giving up comfort and relaxation. The space The Cervo Mountain Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (including children) and has everything you need to make your stay special! It is a welcoming two-room apartment, measuring 47 m2, located on the ground floor with a private garden and garage. It has an open space living area, with an equipped kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee pod machine, moka, kettle, toaster and citrus juicer. In the living room there is a large table with bench, a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed with memory mattress and a smart TV. From the French window in the living room, you can access the garden, you will find a comfortable wooden table with benches for outdoor dining and deckchairs for relaxing in the open air and getting some sun. A bunk bed and a wardrobe are available in the room. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment also has independent (underfloor) heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi. To be able to park comfortably, you have a private garage at your disposal in the basement of the condominium with direct access to the apartment via lift or stairwell. Outside the condominium there are also some free unassigned parking spaces. Guest access The Cervo Mountain Apartment is located on the ground floor and can be reached via a pedestrian path, without any steps. Self Check-in is available, we will not be physically present on site and it is not possible to request a check-in in person. A few days before your stay, you will be contacted via Whats App, you will be asked for the passport or identity card of all guests who will stay, (this is because Italian law provides for the obligation to communicate the personal data of the guests to the competent authority guests of all ages and the duration of their stay) and the payment of the tourist tax, we will send you the link to make the payment by credit card. Once you have received the documents and the payment of the tax, you will receive illustrative videos on Whats App, which will explain how to access the apartment, access code and various useful information for your stay. Other things to note Below you will find our optional extra services, which we offer to improve your stay. If you are interested, you can let us know when booking, so that we can organize in advance to guarantee provision. OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES: - For bookings of 2 guests, the use of the double sofa bed or the two single beds, present in the bunk bed, is foreseen. If you need to sleep separately, in two different rooms, (one guest sleeping in a single bed and the second guest in the double sofa bed), it must be kindly communicated and the cost of the supplement for additional bed linen is €15 ,00. - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request the Early Check-in service which allows you to access early, from 1pm instead of 3pm, at a cost of €20.00. - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request the Late Check-out service which allows you to keep the apartment until 12:00 instead of 10:00, at a cost of €20.00. - Upon request and availability, we provide a cot/cot with bed linen and high chair at a cost of €30.00 per day. - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request a rearrangement of the apartment, with a change of towels, at a cost of €50.00. - Dogs are welcome at the Cervo Mountain Apartment, their presence must be reported in advance, the expected supplement is €20.00 per day per dog, which also includes extra sanitization at the end of the stay. IMPORTANT pets are allowed with a supplement, only dogs, all other pets are not accepted. OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: - The municipality of Campodolcino asks for a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, to be paid before your arrival (we will send you the link to make payment by credit card). - Guests are reminded that SMOKING is FORBIDDEN inside the apartment, there is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. - Kind guests are reminded that it is FORBIDDEN to bring bicycles/e-bikes/scooters into the apartments and common areas, furthermore the structure DOES NOT have a bike deposit, but only a garage. - It is mandatory that at least one of the guests has Whats App for Self Check-in. - For any additional guests, there is a supplement per person per day and the payment of the tourist tax. The cost is €20.00 for adults and €15.00 for children up to 12 years old. - Check-in is scheduled from 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm, after that time it will no longer be possible to access. - Any damage caused to the apartment and/or condominium will be charged to your credit card. - Please read all the information carefully before making your reservation.
