The apartments impress with daylight and contemporary style. The space The 1-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building newly built in 1994 in the center of Wurzen. On approx. 32 m², it offers a spacious, bright room; with an open kitchen as well as an internal bathroom with shower. Wurzen combines the tranquility of a small town and the advantages of a big city and is therefore an attractive destination. Leipzig city center can be reached in just under 30 minutes by car. But Leipzig is also just a stone's throw away by train. In the heart of Saxony lies the large district town of Wurzen, as one of the oldest places in the federal state. A highlight of the city is the Cathedral of St. Marien, which is often used for worship services, weddings and concerts. Also known as Ringelnatzstadt, the city has an elaborately restored city center with picturesque alleys, buildings and squares. The city center is home to many attractive and individual shops with a varied assortment. The imposing mill towers characterize the entire cityscape and are considered a secret landmark of the city. The Ecumenical Jakobspilgerweg and the Via Regia, one of the oldest and longest land connections between Eastern and Western Europe, cross Wurzen. Cycle and walking paths lead through the place and in particular the cycle paths are continuously being expanded. The Mulde flows between enchanted floodplain landscapes. Adjacent forests as well as many allotment gardens enclose Wurzen like a green belt.
