Small kitchen with full size oven, grill, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, single hob (portable), pots & pans, dishes & bowls, glass's and mugs, cutlery, coffee tiere, kettle, toaster. Everyday essentials: salt, pepper, cooking oil, tinfoil, cling film, ice, 2 loo rolls, kitchen towel and all cleaning supplies. Welcome hamper including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, cakes, cider and a large bowl of fruit. Large private balcony to sunbathe and dine outside. Decking with glass balustrades, romantic mood lights and a heat lamp. Great panoramic views, spectacular sunrises, also overlooks the pool. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The flat is located above the owners home. Your own private entrance door opens into a cloakroom, oak stairs (14 steps) then lead up to the flat. There are also 2 holiday cottages that share the spa facilities: "Swallows Nest" & "Badgers Den". Located 8 minutes drive from Hastings, in the beautiful countryside of Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve, and just a 20 minute walk to the quiet beach of Covehurst Bay. The area is officially the sunniest part of the UK, surrounded by green countryside, wildlife, plenty of beaches and all the amazing castles and history from 1066 Battle of Hastings (Norman conquest of England). Come and explore a fantastic English country get-a-away! Guest access The pool, steam room, gym and hot tub are shared with just 2 holiday lets. Pool, steam room & gym open from 8am-8pm Hot tub closes at 11pm During school term times we use the pool for baby swimming. The lessons are on a Monday and Wednesday (usually 9am-2pm). The pool water is heated slightly higher than normal to 32 degrees. You have your own large private balcony with great views, sun loungers and a dining table. There are also beautiful landscaped gardens for you to relax, sunbathe and view the array of flowers and exotic plants on display. Electric bike and mountain bike hire are available. Other things to note Access to a washing machine & tumble dryer is available on request. We allow 1 small dog only if it is quiet, well-behaved and kept clean. You must make sure that it will not be allowed on the bedding. We will pre-fit the sofa with covers. Dog towels are available on request. The local beach is dog friendly all year.
