A quiet, private house furnished with MUJI interior design. 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 9 guests, with bedding for 9 (a combination of futons and beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer-dryer included. A 10-minute walk to Matsuyama-shi Station, with 2 free parking spaces available. A 6-minute walk to Gintengai shopping arcade, and approximately 15 minutes by car to Dogo Onsen and Matsuyama Castle. The space [Bedrooms & Bedding] There are 3 bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1 (2F): 3 futon sets Bedroom 2 (3F): 3 futon sets Bedroom 3 (3F): 3 single beds with a dressing table Each room can be used as a private bedroom. Bedroom 3 on the 3rd floor features a dressing table, perfect for makeup and getting ready. [Living & Dining] A dining table is located on the 2nd floor. [Kitchen] The kitchen is fully equipped with an IH cooktop, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and other essential appliances. Cooking utensils such as frying pans, pots, knives, and cutting boards are also provided, making self-catering during your stay possible. For hygiene reasons, seasonings such as salt, pepper, and oil, as well as consumables like plastic wrap, are not provided. If needed, please use the FamilyMart convenience store, a 5-minute walk away. [Bathroom] The bathroom and toilet are separate (2nd floor). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Towels are prepared for the number of guests. Please note that towels and linens will not be replaced during multi-night stays. If you would like them changed, please let us know. Toothbrushes are provided in the room for each guest. The 1st floor contains only the staircase, and the living space begins from the 2nd floor. To enter the property, you must pass through the staircase. Please note that the stairs are fairly steep. Please watch your step when going up and down. We kindly ask guests traveling with young children or elderly guests to take extra care. [Noise & Consideration for Neighbors] As the property is located in a residential area, we ask that guests be mindful of neighbors, especially at night.
