Guest house at Ulka's private apartment

Welcome :) I would like to offer a private apartment on the second floor in the attic. The apartment has a living room/bedroom a second bedroom next to the kitchen, and a bathroom. An additional plus is a loggia with a balcony with a beautiful view :) The summer season ends in August, but we also invite you in September for walks in milder weather for the elderly :) Please contact me if the number of people exceeds 5, because the price is per day for a maximum of one family :) Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and barbecue area. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in a specially designated area!!! Other things to note When using the Tourist Voucher, please contact me and enter in the message what period you are interested in, in which case I will send a special offer with a price reduction by the indicated value of the voucher !!! If you are making a reservation, please select only one person! because the price is for the entire place, unless the total number of guests is greater than 10 people :)
