Nice one-room apartment in the old town, on the first floor of an ancient building, in a very quiet area. Completely renovated and bright with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen corner, a bathroom with a shower , a washing machine, a tv and wifi. Nearby the beach and the Norman Cathedral. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, going to the beach and living with all comforts. It is possible to park near the apartment in a safe and private car park. The rate depends on the period of your stay. We also arrange transfers from the main airports throughout Sicily. Onsite you are pleased to pay for the city tax. It is € 2,00 per person per day. The neighbours are local and very warmful. Shops, restaurants and pubs are nearby. This area is traffic restricted so you can't enter by car till the apartment. The beach is only at about 50mt from the apartment and all the most important monuments and shops are reachable only on foot. on site you are pleased to pay for the tourist tax.
