Quiet house in the countryside surrounded by animals

1.5 hours from Paris, near Château-Thierry, the champagne vineyards of southern Aisne, a miller's house that can accommodate 6 people, completely renovated, awaits you for a stay in the countryside. It is in Montfaucon, a town of 200 inhabitants, at the Moulin de la Ville Chamblon that your vacation rental is located. A popular setting for a desire for nature, views of pastures, horses and others, silence, the sound of water and birdsong, a great place to meet and disconnect from everyday life. The space Your vacation home, with an area of 90 m², is located on the estate of the mill of Ville Chamblon, a family property where my husband Cyrille, our children and I have lived for a few years. Our house is adjoining yours, we will share the outdoor spaces. The cottage is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. On the ground floor, you will have a beautiful, functional and modern equipped kitchen, open to the living room with exposed beams. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa with flat-screen TV and DVD player for movie nights with family or as a couple (we provide you with several DVDs of all categories) or recreational evenings (board games on request). For your comfort and because it is full of charm, the accommodation is heated with a pellet stove, safety barrier that can be installed around the stove as well as at the staircase. The sleeping area is located on the second floor of the house. Two cozy, refined bedrooms with parquet flooring: one with 2 single beds of 80*200 (possibility of modulating in 160*200 without footboard) as well as a sofa bed allowing 2 additional beds; the other with a 140*200 double bed (without footboard). Possibility of 1 or 2 baby cribs In each of the bedrooms, you will find a wardrobe or closet to store your belongings. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided, all you have to do is put your bags down! The floor is also equipped with a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and sink. The toilet is independent upstairs. You will have a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol. For families, a swing, a tree house and a trampoline are available (to share with our children). We have farm animals, which amazes the children! Chickens, horses, dog... to pet, under parental supervision. Small stream at the back of the cottage, which requires supervision for little ones. Guest access You have independent access to your accommodation. - The garden is shared with the owners. - Closed and secure parking. - Wi-Fi available in the house - Convenience/proximity: The city of Château-Thierry (15 min) has all the shops for shopping. Only the cottage and the open space of the garden are accessible to you. The operating part is closed to the public. Other things to note Includes SHEETS and beds made, bath TOWELS, tea towels, household products, and salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a few SENSEO coffee pods to start and at least one laundry and dishwasher load.
