Our lovingly renovated 3-room apartment combines rural charm with excellent transport connections, making it ideal for holidays, business trips, remote work, or outdoor adventures. The village train station is just a short walk away, with direct trains to Munich and Ingolstadt in under 30 minutes. Arriving by car? You’ll have access to a private on-site garage parking space. The space Quickly reached by car from Munich airport; train station just a few minutes walk with direct trains to Munich and Ingolstadt every hour. Enter the 3 room apartment through the garden, bathroom to the left and straight ahead into the fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom is to the rear of the apartment with a comfortable large double bed, chair, chest of drawers, TV with wifi and French windows through which you can walk out onto the new veranda and sit at the table and chairs with your morning coffee. Upstairs you will find a newly renovated loft space with lounge area (which can also be made into a comfortable sleeping area, with either one double or two single beds) as well as a bedroom space with a queen bed. We will supply the bed linen and towels, anything else you need, feel free to ask! Guest access Start your mornings with breakfast on your private terrace or relax in the evening sunshine with a glass of wine after a day exploring Bavaria.
