Pretty semi-detached house with loving furnishings on 110 m² with partially age-appropriate furnishings for 4 people. Enjoy the fireplace and sauna on cold days and the space on the terrace with the well-kept garden in summer. In the bathroom there is a shower with seat and handle, which you can reach via the stair lift. The space The 110 m² half-timbered vacation house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub in the upper bathroom and a shower, an open kitchen and a living room with fireplace. There is also a terrace with a well-kept garden and in the basement a sauna (15 euros per day) and a laundry room with washing machine (free of charge). The house also offers partially age-appropriate amenities. The bathroom has a shower with a seat and handle. You can reach the 2nd floor via the stair lift. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in the lower area. If it get cold in winter or simply because it is more comfortable, the open fireplace can be used. We are happy to provide wood for heating for a small fee. Towels and linens are also provided for €10 each. Höfer is a small village about 12 kilometers from Celle. Celle is definitely worth a visit for its half-timbered houses and the castle. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation home (approx. 5-minute walk) is the heated outdoor pool Höfer. Forest and meadows for long walks are at the front door. The first signposted heathlands are about 17 km away by car. The nearest shopping facilities are 8 minutes away by car in Lachendorf or Eschede. In Eschede, you can quickly take the train to Celle (10 min.)Hanover (40 min) or Hamburg (1 h 45 min.). The trade fair in Hanover is also less than an hour away by car. Wi-Fi is at your disposal free of charge. Check-in is contactless. Other things to note We freshly renovated the bathrooms for you in January 2025! Due to current events, in the event of increased inquiries about New Year's Eve with dogs, we cannot guarantee you a quiet New Year's Eve due to adjacent houses and ask you to refrain from such inquiries.
