We offer accommodation in a high quality, stylish and a fully furnished 5 bedroom's cottage (120m2) for 9 people. The cottage is located in the middle of nature and beatiful surroundings of a small village called Svaty Jan in the South Bohemia Region and near the famous tourist destination, Orlík Resorvoir. The cottage can be found at the end of the village with a spectacular view to nearby forests which can be reached by cycling, roller skating or walking. Price per a night for a shorter stay as per listing. Weekly stay also apply for Christmas break (Dec 24 - shorter stays to be negotiated (min. 4 nights). Check In: 2pm - 4pm / Check Out: 8:00am - 10:00 Electricity - 100kwh is included in the pricing . Anything on top of that is chargeable by 6,00 CZK / kwh. There is deposit of 3, 000 CZK (5, 000 during Christmas break time) which is returned at the time of the check-out. Our cottage is ideal for families with small kids. We request that no bicycles are brought into the cottage at anytime and kindly ask to use the barn instead. Guests are asked to pay 50% of the total price within 3 days from the date of receipt of a firm booking from the owner. The residual value of the total price is due no later than 20 days prior to planned check in date at the cottage. In case that your booking is made 15 days or less prior to the check in date total amount of the accommodatin must be paid. Pets allowed (500 CZK / a week) Non smoking
